The sun struggles to break free from its moonlit cage. Slowly but surely, its mane starts to reach out and grab everything in its path, penetrating the trees, the earth, and the sky. As this deep and dark haven of blue rises in glow, your room is exposed to a bright light. The desk in the far right corner has been left untouched since the previous afternoon; the bathroom is closed off from its cluttered neighbor via a single pale, ice-made door. And as the sun’s rays begin to deepen, you slowly awaken from your nocturnal slumber. Sturdy arms stretch to the ceiling as if they were presenting a gift to the almighty god of the sky, and as you get up, you dip your hands into your pajamas and pull out your electronic timepiece. It’s 6:45, and as you strip out of your pajamas into your boxers, your mirror begins to show a toned, fair-skinned man, one at the tender age of 19. Your brown eyes astonish even yourself, as they seem to penetrate through your entire being. Giving into your sore shoulders and back, you pad into the shower, sporting a slightly visible a two-pack, as you stand under the frosty water, which seems to wash all anxieties and apprehensions away. After you finish dressing into a cobalt shirt and black sweats, you straighten your arm and force your palm into a 5-fingered position. You observe your mirror as your hair turns from a deep, dark brownish raven into a blue crystal shade of ice-sharded hair. You pack your bag as you exit out of your dorm room in order to further explore the secrets and mysteries of this new college life.

Jared Padalecki won't be walking down the aisle anytime soon!

Star has learned exclusively that in early June the Supernatural star called off his engagement with his longtime girlfriend actress Sandra McCoy. The two became engaged in March.

"Now that Jared is starring in his first big film —the horror movie Friday the 13th — he's starting to see that his career could really take off and he doesn't want a wife to hold him back from becoming a major star," an insider tells Star. "It's as simple as that."

"He's really ambitious and wants to be very successful. He's been telling everyone, 'There's more to life than relationships and I want to be single.'"

The news came as a shock to Sandra, says the source, who now has to move out of Jared's L.A. house, where she has been residing for the past year.

"Sandra is devastated," says the source. "She really didn't see it coming. She has to start her whole life over again because she was always so focused on Jared. He was her world."
